Emergency Drain Unblocking

Reactive Drain Unblocking for Commercial Sites

Signs of a Commercial Drainage Blockage

On commercial sites, early warning signs include slow-running gullies or toilets, rising water in manholes, foul odours, gurgling pipework and surface water that is not clearing. We support offices, industrial sites, depots, retail premises, managed estates and public-sector facilities across Sheffield, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

A street cleaning truck is parked in a parking lot near a building with a covered entrance. The truck has a large tank and spray equipment, and a worker in a high-visibility jacket is attending to the truck near traffic cones. Water and soap are on the ground, creating reflections in the wet surface.

Commercial Unblocking, Jetting and Investigation

PTS Drainage operates jetting vans and jet-vac tankers for foul and surface-water systems, gullies, ACO channels and larger-diameter pipework. We can remove grease, silt, scale, roots, wipes and construction debris while extracting waste where required. If a blockage is recurring or the cause is unclear, we can follow the clearance with a CCTV inspection, reporting and practical recommendations. RAMS, waste-transfer documentation and licensed disposal can be provided for compliance-led sites.
