When a Commercial CCTV Survey Is Required

A CCTV survey provides evidence before repairs, during site investigations and when drainage problems keep returning. It can identify cracks, displaced joints, collapses, root ingress, scale, obstructions and incorrect connections. Surveys are also useful for construction handovers, pre-adoption cleaning, planned maintenance, drainage mapping and condition checks before purchasing or occupying a commercial site.

Agree the survey scope and outputs

Tell us why the survey is needed and how you will use the results. We can discuss access, cleaning before inspection, and the footage, report or drainage mapping you require.

Send your site postcode, known drain sizes and lengths, access points and any existing plans. For a construction handover or other specified purpose, include the reporting requirements.
