When a Commercial CCTV Survey Is Required

A CCTV survey provides evidence before repairs, during site investigations and when drainage problems keep returning. It can identify cracks, displaced joints, collapses, root ingress, scale, obstructions and incorrect connections. Surveys are also useful for construction handovers, pre-adoption cleaning, planned maintenance, drainage mapping and condition checks before purchasing or occupying a commercial site.

Push-Rod and Crawler Camera Surveys

PTS Drainage uses push-rod cameras for smaller pipework and crawler systems for larger drains and culverts. Depending on the brief, we can provide survey footage, condition findings, drainage mapping and clear recommendations for cleaning, repair or further investigation. Combining CCTV with jetting and flow testing helps ensure the survey records the actual condition of the system rather than debris that could have been removed first.
