Our Services

High-Pressure Water Jetting

We provide high-pressure water jetting for blocked drains, slow-running pipework, silted systems and heavily contaminated lines.

Jetting can be used to clear:

  • Blocked foul drains

  • Surface water drains

  • Yard drains

  • ACO channels

  • Gully outlets

  • Culverts and larger diameter pipework

  • Grease, silt, sludge and debris build-up

Where required, our jet vac units can remove waste at the same time, helping to restore full flow and reduce the risk of repeat blockages.

CCTV Drain Surveys

Our CCTV drain surveys allow us to inspect underground drainage systems and identify defects, blockages and structural issues without unnecessary excavation.

CCTV surveys are useful for:

  • Recurring blockages

  • Collapsed or damaged drains

  • Root ingress

  • Displaced joints

  • Scale build-up

  • Drainage mapping

  • Pre-planned works

  • Site investigations

  • Condition reporting

Following the survey, we can provide footage, reports and recommendations for any remedial works required.

Gully Emptying & Cleaning

We carry out gully emptying and cleaning for commercial sites, car parks, yards, roads, depots and public areas.

Over time, gullies can fill with silt, leaves, litter, sludge and general debris. If not maintained, this can lead to standing water, flooding and drainage failure.

Our gully cleaning service includes:

  • Vacuum emptying of gullies

  • Removal of silt and debris

  • Jetting of gully outlets

  • Flow testing where required

  • Waste removal and disposal

  • Waste transfer documentation

Regular gully maintenance is one of the most effective ways to reduce drainage issues on commercial sites.

ACO & Slot Drain Cleaning

ACO channels and slot drains are commonly found in car parks, loading bays, industrial yards, wash bays and external hardstanding areas.

These systems often collect heavy levels of debris, silt and waste, especially where there is regular vehicle movement.

We provide full ACO and slot drain cleaning, including:

  • Removal of surface debris

  • Jetting through channel systems

  • Vacuum extraction of waste

  • Outlet clearing

  • Flow testing

  • Recommendations for ongoing maintenance

Keeping ACO drains clean helps reduce surface water pooling and prevents flooding during heavy rainfall.

Interceptor Emptying & Servicing

We provide interceptor emptying, cleaning and servicing for commercial and industrial sites.

Interceptors are designed to retain oils, fuels, silt and solids before water discharges into the drainage system. If they are not maintained, they can become full, ineffective or non-compliant.

Our interceptor services include:

  • Emptying and cleaning

  • Removal of oils, sludge and solids

  • Chamber wash down

  • Filter inspection where applicable

  • Recharging with clean water where required

  • Waste disposal at licensed facilities

  • Waste transfer documentation

We can also advise on suitable servicing frequencies based on the type of site, interceptor size and waste levels found during cleaning.

  • Heavy silt removal

  • Flood water removal

  • Surface water drainage cleaning

  • Culvert cleaning

  • Waste extraction

All waste is transported to an appropriate licensed disposal facility, with relevant duty of care paperwork provided.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Many drainage issues can be prevented with regular maintenance.

We can provide planned preventative maintenance packages for commercial clients who want to reduce emergency call-outs, flooding risks and operational disruption.

Planned maintenance can include:

  • Scheduled gully emptying

  • Interceptor servicing

  • ACO and slot drain cleaning

  • Surface water system cleaning

  • CCTV inspections

  • Drainage condition reporting

  • Site-specific maintenance schedules

A planned approach is often more cost-effective than waiting for a blockage, flood or compliance issue to occur.

We understand the importance of paperwork, especially when working with facilities management companies, public sector organisations, local authorities and compliance-led sites.
